Accepted requests and progress are noted down in trello (linked as my work queue)

I will work on a few requests at a time, accepted overflow requests will be listed on a waitlist

Commissions will be completed in chronological order of payment

I will only start working on a commission once I receive a payment.

The character you request on the form is the one that I will draw

Changing the character after I accept your request will not be tolerated

Prices are in USD

Payment must be done upfront unless otherwise stated.

If payment is delayed for more than 2 weeks without any updates I will assume you are not interested anymore and will cancel your commission.

There will be no refund after the sketch checkin (exceptions: 1) surprise me commissions do not have a sketch check-in. 2) failure to deliver the service within the designated time-frame outlined below)

You may request a full refund if I have taken payment and have not started on your commission in more than 4 weeks

Communication will be done primarily through vgen dm/twitter/email. (if applicable to commission type)

If the client does not have a twitter or vgen account, I will try to reach out to the email provided or skip over the request (after trying for 1 week).

I will send you one sketch, this is the only chance you can request major adjustments (exception of some commission types which do not include a sketch check-in)

A second wip check-in will be made if there are further details that must be finalized before continuing onwards.

I will send a screenshot of the final image before delivery to check for missed details and minor edits.

Major revisions are to be made during the initial sketch check-in. This is the only time you may request edits to your commission. Subsequent revision requests afterwards are not allowed.

During the final check-in, I can do minor fixes such as missed details. No major changes can be made at the time of final check-in.

Minor edits after completion on missed details are done free of charge

Please be sure to let me know if I have represented you character incorrectly during the first check-in, as any major changes cannot be made after I move past the sketch phase.

I am open to minor fixes when I am finalizing your image, do not hesitate to tell me if I have missed any small details.

The commission creation timeline is 1 day -> 1 month (very generous estimate. may take longer than 1 month if the situation arises. I will be open with communication if I take longer than 1 month to complete your commission)

You may request for a commission to be done at a set deadline

Rushed deadline fees may apply depending on date requested

I have full rights to use and post completed commissions online; unless requested to keep a commission private

The commissioner is permitted to post their own commission on their social media with proper credit/link to any of my listed social media profiles

The commissioner is not permitted to edit the art, draw over the art, redraw the art, trace the art, or claim it as their own work

The commissioner is permitted to resize, duplicate or crop the downloaded image file to suit personal needs (icons, printing, collage, layouts etc)

Significant changes to the artwork is not permitted however.

The commissioner is permitted to utilize the completed image for personal purposes (printing onto personal use merchandise, printing out on paper, utilizing it as an icon for social media, posting it on their social media, etc)

The commissioner is not permitted to sell products and merchandise created using the completed image unless a commercialization agreement is in place

Commercialization: The commissioner MUST inform me on the request form if they will be using the commission for commercial purposes

An additional fee (base price +120% of base price) will be attached for commercial purpose drawings (stream overlay, branding, merchandise etc) - icons/profile pictures exempted

All character designs drawn belong to their creators. This includes original characters, franchise characters (fanart)

All rights to commissioned illustrations created by myself (univrs), belong to myself (univrs).

I reserve the right to stop the usage of a commission on public domains if I find that the user has violated my terms of service. The images must be taken down immediately if I request them to be removed.

Commissioners are not permitted to use their commission for commercial purposes without my permission and without paying the commercial fee.

The commissioner is not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens (NFT). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

The commissioner is not permitted, under any circumstances, to input any part of their commissioned artwork into Artificial Intelligence learning libraries. Usage of the commissioned artwork to train AI is strictly prohibited.

All aforementioned Usage Guidelines and Intellectual Property Rights apply in regards to designs created by myself.

Any designs that are associated with a closed species and/or Art RolePlaying Game are also to be held under the specific community's Terms of Service.

Ownership transfer of my designs is permitted

Designs that were sold and traded must be sold at their original price

Designs that are gifted cannot be sold for money

Price increase is only permitted if additional personal and commissioned art value is factored in

Redesigns are permitted.

Retouching or editing of my original artwork is strictly forbidden.

The creation of alternate forms based on my design is permitted.
