I will not contact people whose request forms I reject

I will reach out to people whose requests i accept through twitter DMs

if the twitter is unreachable, i will try to reach out to the paypal email provided or skip over the request

Accepted requests and progress are noted down in trello (link leading to it is at the end of this document)

I will work on a few requests at a time, accepted overflow requests will be listed on a waitlist

I will not contact you until I am ready to start your commission to avoid pre-payment too far in advance

Commissions will be completed in chronological order of payment

The commission creation timeline is 1 day -> 1 month (very generous estimate)

I will send you one wip/sketch, this is the only chance you can request adjustments (exception of some commission types which do not include a sketch check-in)

Change requests after this allowance will come with an additional cost

Minor edits such as missed details will be done with no extra cost

The character you request on the form is the one that I will draw

Changing the character after I accept your request will not be tolerated

You may request for a commission to be done at a set deadline

Rushed deadline fees may apply depending on date requested

Payment is done through paypal invoice

Payment must be done upfront

If payment is delayed for more than 2 weeks without any updates I will assume you are not interested anymore and will cancel your commission/invoice

There will be no refund after the sketch checkin (exception below)

You may request a full refund if I have taken payment and have not started on your commission in more than 4 weeks

Commission [type: NUI] is non refundable as it is a low-end priced commission

I have full rights to use and post completed commissions online; unless requested to keep a commission private

The commissioner is permitted to post their own commission on their social media with proper credit/link to any of my social media profiles

The commissioner is not permitted to edit the art, draw over the art, redraw the art, trace the art, or claim it as their own work

The commissioner is permitted to resize, duplicate or crop the downloaded image file to suit personal needs (icons, printing, collage, layouts etc)

Significant changes to the artwork is not permitted however.

The commissioner is permitted to utilize the completed image for personal purposes (printing onto personal use merchandise, printing out on paper, utilizing it as an icon for social media, posting it on their social media, etc)

the commissioner is not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

The commissioner is not permitted to sell products and merchandise created using the completed image unless a commercialization agreement is in place

Commercialization: The commissioner MUST inform me on the request form if they will be using the commission for commercial purposes

An additional fee (base price +120% of base price) will be attached for commercial purpose drawings (stream overlay, branding, merchandise etc) - icons exempted
